Society constantly demands more of its water supply – both in terms of quantity and quality. That places increased strain on storage capacity in the supply system and demand is outpacing the provision of new service reservoirs. It is more critical than ever before that these assets remain constantly on-line – yet regular cleaning to meet strict EU requirements on drinking water quality, normally means taking the service reservoir off-line, especially for traditional, drain-down cleaning.
