When a service reservoir is drained down for traditional cleaning our staff are in a state of “safe entry” and the structure is clean and well lit. This is the ideal time to fully inspect its condition, from the hatches, ladders and other fixtures, to the sealants, concrete surfaces, ventilation and pipework. Our engineers provide detailed written and photographic reports standardised to exact client specification.
On-line:
Both our submersible inspection vehicle “LBV150” and our “online robotic cleaner” VR600 are fitted with powerful lights and pan-and-tilt, high-resolution cameras. This allow the entire cleaning and / or inspection process is documented in full colour in digital format and can be presented on CD / DVD or flash drive. This allows water companies to plan and budget for repairs and maintenance without draining the asset, ensuring resources are targeted most effectively.
