Iain Weir
Managing Director
Iain is regarded as one of Panton McLeod's biggest success stories having started in a hands-on role at grass roots level in 1996 before proceeding to the post of Managing Director just five years later. Having graduated from Paisley University with a BSc Honours in Chemistry, Iain put his engineering skills, learned in previous years in the building industry, to good use at Panton McLeod and so began a meteoric rise through the ranks. His broad range of skills and calm and calculating nature saw him progress quickly to join the board. Under his guidance the company has gone from strength to strength. Now, with almost 10 years experience in the water industry under his belt, Iain is regarded as a leader in his field, with particular expertise in cleaning, repair and water quality engineering in general
